Mining
Clay is mined from open pits and sorted at the face by colour and texture, lot by lot.

Process
Each stage is run by our own team on our own site, so nothing is left to chance.
How we work

Clay is mined from open pits and sorted at the face by colour and texture, lot by lot.

Clay is blunged into slurry so sand and mica settle out and the fine kaolin flows on.

Settled clay is dewatered and sun-dried into cakes in clean, open drying yards.

Bucket elevators, crushers and screens size the material into consistent grades.

Each lot is sampled and checked, then packed in 50 kg bags or 1 ton jumbo bags.

Loaded on tippers or trailers at our yard and delivered on schedule.
Packing options

Tipper truck loads for high-volume plants.

FIBC bags with lifting loops, easy to store and handle.
